Our second DAO Vote has successfully finished, resulting in the burning of ALL the remaining team tokens (211M).

This means that only DAO Treasury Tokens are left, which will be used in future campaigns depending on what the community votes for. This includes upcoming social mining rewards, contest rewards, and any other use that you can imagine. All you need to do is make a proposal on Snapshot (1M tokens required) and win the vote.

Initially, we intended to give these tokens to the charityDAO however given that the community continues claiming that Team is dumping tokens, I prefer that these tokens are also burned. If the community votes to burn these tokens then 100% of the remaining non-sold token supply has been effectively burned. In case of a burn, 211M DZOO and 211M wDZOO would be burned.
If burned then all remaining tokens that are to be unlocked are:

Listen, some things didn't went as expected. Nobody from the team dumped on you guys. The majority of sell pressure comes from SHO holders, and that's a fact. Most of them don't care about the game, the price, or even the DAO votes.
The team did an amazing job, even if some things went wrong, and others had unexpected outcomes. The game is working as intended. They made an extra quality product in record time, but there are few people actually using it. The community asked for solutions, and the team built them, community asked for changes and the team is implementing them.
Now, once this new version gets released, the community will take more control. We are a DAO now, and we will have some funds on DZOO to do whatever the community thinks is better for the project. But we must go all in the same direction if we want to succeed. So from now on, I want everybody who has a bag of tokens to feel part of the team, since you all are now involved in decision-making and in the future steps Degenzoo will take.
Also, remember that feedback is always welcome. But it's better to offer opinions from different points of view and share your ideas or future next steps that you would consider rather than only complaining. Let's be constructive; that's how a DAO works. We discuss how to make our game work and how to make this quality product reach everyone in the scene, we vote for it and then we act. You all have voice, lets share your thoughts and BUILD our future together 🤝

Moving 145M DZOO to the DAO Treasury:
The goal has always been to become a fully community-managed DAO that governs the tokens and the game.
145M "Egg Liquidity" were unlocked a few days ago. All these tokens are being moved to the DAO Treasury wallet.
🔥 If the community wants to burn the tokens, they can do so at a rate of 50M/month, leading to all 145M tokens being burned in 3 months. Both DZOO and wDZOO would be eliminated.
🗳️ Votes will require a minimum quorum of 15M tokens, approximately 20% of the circulating supply.
Any user with over 1M tokens can make proposals on the snapshot.

Becoming a DAO. Our first vote is here:
Over past 2 weeks a lot of players voiced their concerns about the game dynamics. As previously pomised DZOO will become step by step a full community governed game. Today is our first vote. There has been a lot of debate on how the game should move foward but 3 main topics been discussed:
1. We need more new players
2. Lower hatching prices & more animals
3. Shorter game cycles
We created 3 options for players to choose from that cover all three main concerns. The vote will run for 4 days and will require minimum of 20M tokens to participate to count. Once the first vote has been conducted users can then suggest propositions. Next DAO update will come mid this week. All holders can vote, NFTs, Staking or holding on ETH or BSC.

Mainnet Launch Scheduled for tomorrow 28th of Match:
We decided to continue testing for 12 more hours before going on mainnet. The move to Binance Oracles is not a small change and we are one of the first clients to ever test their VRF solutions. We are technically ready but, being careful and having 24 hrs full mainnet testing seems the reasonable thing to do.
Also its my birthday tomorrow so thats a good reason to launch Degen Zoo.
